This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Portuguese version at radar.ao/termos is the binding text; where the two differ, the Portuguese prevails.
This text describes the service as it works during the beta and will be reviewed before it opens to paying customers.
1. The service
Radar is a service of Exponencial – Comércio e Prestação de Serviços, Lda., taxpayer no. 5002076772, with registered office at Rua da Samba, Condomínio Corimba Residence A7.1, Bairro Corimba, Província de Luanda, Angola, which reads public sources of tenders in Angola, structures the published notices and sends each subscriber those that match the profile the subscriber has configured — by email and in a web application at app.radar.ao.
2. Access
During the beta, access is by invitation. The account is personal, linked to an email address, and is intended for the internal use of the subscriber’s company. The subscriber is responsible for keeping their password confidential.
3. Content and limits
- Radar’s content is the structured transcription of notices published by the contracting entities in the sources indicated for each tender. The original notice always prevails. Before preparing or submitting a bid, confirm the deadline, the documents and the conditions at the source.
- The reading is automated and may contain errors or omissions. When we cannot read an item of data, we show it as not published instead of filling it in.
- Radar is not the contracting entity, is not an intermediary and does not take part in any procedure. It does not guarantee the inclusion of every published tender, nor the accuracy of every field.
- Exponencial is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of Radar’s content, nor for missed deadlines or bids not submitted.
4. Permitted use
The subscriber may use the content to identify and follow opportunities for their company. Reselling, systematically redistributing or automatically extracting the content of the service is not permitted.
5. Availability
The service is in beta and is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features during the beta.
6. Price
There is no charge during the beta. Any future price will be communicated to the subscriber before it applies, and will never be charged without the subscriber’s express acceptance.
7. Termination
The subscriber may request the closure of their account at any time by email. Exponencial may close accounts used in breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Angola. The Luanda District Court (Tribunal da Comarca de Luanda) has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
